A new year

Everyone seems to have a profound post about the new year. Lots of nice resolutions and well wishing. I have none, I am glad 2009 is over, and There is now way this year could possibly be as bad. I think other new angel moms can say it with me, Thank god this year is behind us. Now how do we handle the next? Now I can't say I lost my daughter this year, it makes it sound so less important. I don't like that.

I lost my daughter last year......

It's hard to have time go by sometimes. As "this year" becomes "last year" becomes "two years ago" and so on...

I think my life has taken on a new dating system. Events are separated into "before Cora" and "after Cora"

(hugs)

I hope that 2010 brings you much peace and happiness.

It is hard now the world keeps turning without them. The years still come. I can't believe it is 2010. It makes 2008 sound that much more in the past somehow.

Much love and remembering Genevive. xo

Your blog was suggested to me when I asked for blogs of people in similar situations. I too am a mom of twins- my boys were born 13 weeks early and we lost Connor after 2 days. Colby spent 109 days in the NICU and finally came home in November. I'm looking forward to reading your back posts... I'm looking for something to help me. :)

And randomly, it's so interesting to see that your babes were at Women's and Infants and Hasbro. I'm assuming that was in Prov., RI... I grew up in SE MA about 15 minutes from there. (Though I gave birth in Boston...)
